About Management Coach

Management Coach grew out of a need to provide a completely new level of service to Small to Medium Business Owners. We became dissatisfied with the level and quality of service provided by traditional Business Coaching organisations and decided to lift small-medium business improvement to an entirely new level.

Following the extremely successful model of the global Management Consultants, Management Coach was born by bringing together a diverse range of established reputable Coaches capable of taking any Business Owner from conception through to becoming a mid sized corporation.

Approach Long ago Management Coach outgrew any single philosophy, style or master. We invest heavily in training with the national and international leaders in each field.

Despite the latest hype and regular fads there is no ‘one size fits all’ technique. All clients excel in some areas yet struggle in others.

We have 5 core Coaching processes which are integrated using the 5 Leaps of Business Confidence © skills development system. At last count our library had 434 documented strategies.

The skill of a Management Coach is to select the most effective combination of strategies, tips and techniques and blend them into an attractive cocktail ‘in the moment’ for you our client.

A verified personal success record in Business
A verified personal success record area outside Business
Successful family relationships conducted with personal integrity
A verified minimum of 250 hours supervised Coaching (Senior Coaches have in excess of 2000 hours)
Have achieved or in the process of achieving accreditation to an elite level
Are subject to constant supervision, peer review and continual training.

Each Consultant has achieved a high level of excellence in their field of Coaching prior to joining Management Coach.
